This year Ian participated in the karate tournament for the third year in a row. He did a great job and got three medals for participation in his events. He spent a lot of time practicing his forms in the week or two that lead up to the tournament. He had a great attitude even though he had been sick the night before the tournament. I was really proud of the great job he did!
