On Saturday we went to the mall to visit Santa. They were having some technical difficulties with the computer/camera system, so while we waited in line Santa came over and talked with the kids. He was so friendly and nice. This probably helped to warm up Drew to the idea of sitting on Santa's lap. He did still cry but he wasn't hysterical. And we got a pretty good picture in-between cries.
Later that evening we got out our Christmas decorations. Dad hung lights and decorated the outside of the house while the kids and I worked on decorating the tree.
