That day we took Grandma Clara around to the cemeteries. Although it was cold and blustery, the weather was clear and sunny. Great for keeping all the creepy crawly things at bay.
We stopped at a river to let the kids play. Glenn showed them where to find some cool rocks.
Then we headed down to a park to let the kids play and run around outside.We stopped at the Town and Country grocery store in town to get bacon, then headed back to Grandma's house. She made us a wonderful spread of bacon, cheese, and crackers. She even made lemonade for the kids because she knew it was their favorite. It was so nice to spend the time with Grandma Clara and get to know her better.
That evening we headed back to St. Louis where we stayed at the Hyatt near the Arch.
