A Day for the kids.

This is officially our first Christmas "Break." Since Ian is in school now he has an official break. We decided to have a fun kid day. We took the kids to see Avatar. They both loved it and sat through the whole thing. It was their first 3D movie which they both enjoyed. It was fun to watch them reach out in front of them to see if they could touch the images. (Don't you remember doing that at your first 3D movie, it's hard to resist the urge, even now, knowing that your hand will bump nothing but air, and maybe the person in front of you.)
After the movie we headed over to the mall to Build A Bear Workshop. The kids have always wanted to make their own stuffed toy. They both picked out very cute animals and had fun stuffing, giving them a heart and name, and washing their new friends.
It was a fun day for us all!
