Ian has been asking to wear his hair in a
Mohawk. I keep telling him that his hairstyle is too long for a
Mohawk, but many of his friends have "
fauxhawks," and lately he's seen a lot of
Mohawks while we've been out around town. In the tub it's easy to shape his hair into an amazing shampoo filled
Mohawk, but this beauty took about 20 full minutes of styling including some industrial gel, a hairdryer, and a lot of spray. Twenty minutes is a LONG time for a hair-do for a five year old. He decided it wasn't really worth the effort. In fact, he decide to wash it out after about two hours of wearing it. So, for now he's fine to wear his regular style.

Laughing, laughing, laughing! He is so doggone cute. I would agree, too, that that is way to long to do hair on a 5-year-old ... especially a 5-year-old boy!!
