Today, while I was talking to a friend, my kids started cheering about "Dad Night," which is every Tuesday when I leave the kids at home with Glenn while I go to the gym (usually). I said too bad they don't cheer for all the nights that they get to have mom at home...but then while I was downloading pictures I came across these photos from last Tuesday, and I figured who can really blame them. When Dad is willing to over turn all the furniture, and role play knights and dragons (yes, still), and chase them around with a blocker and do all this with zeal on a regular basis... I'd be excited too.
