Each October we make a trip to the farm to pick out pumpkins and join in the harvest activities. This year we went to a different farm.
The highlight of the day was petting and watching the horses. I think Ian fell in love. He would have taken one home if he could.

And, a hayride out to the pumpkin fields.
Those cute little morsels out in the field sure, look good. I think I'll pick them and take them home with me.
Ian picked out a very big pumpkin, but I think Drew picked the largest one in the whole field.
It wouldn't have been fair to let the pumpkins have all the fun. As soon as the pumpkins were unloaded, the boys hopped into the wheelbarrow for their turn.
And, of course there were also pony rides.
